  1. Carole Smith, a psychoanalyst, is among a handfull of professionals from varying fields, that have taken issue with the fields of science and medicine, concerning the use of unwitting human subjects in experiments, that boarder on sadistic exercises, and use classified military technologies, as they, the victims, live in daily life, amongst communities. Though writing for, and addressing this issue to, the specialists within psychology, psychiatry, and medicine, her article is not entirely inaccessible to the lay reader. ‘On the Need for New Criteria of Diagnosis of Psychosis in Light of Mind Invasive Technology’, can be found on the web in the Journal of Psycho Social Studies, vol. 2, 2003.  Carole Smith, On the Need for New Criteria of Diagnosis of Psychosis in Light of Mind Invasive Technology,  article: http://www.btinternet.com/~psycho_social/Vol3/JPSS-CS2.html   The Journal of Psycho Social Studies, volume 2 (2), 2003:  http://www.btinternet.com/~psycho_social/  volume 2 (2), 2003:  http://www.btinternet.com/~psycho_social/Vol3/V3.html
  2. Professor Peter Phillips, along with Lew Brown, and Bridget Thornton, from the State University of Sonoma, California, have written a well researched report on the issues involving human rights, and the development of non-lethal weapons technology, or electromagnetic weapons technology. Describing for the majority of Americans, who have been exempt from full know of, the outragiously and gross ill conduct of doctors, and medical researchers, connected to institutions that received funding from the CIA, from the 1950s up to the mid 1970s, as well as highlighting what President Eisenhower pointed to in his farewell address, regarding a military tightly connected to, or ‘consolidated’ with, research and industry, the writers make clear that such unchecked powers of the CIA and the DOD, along with Pentagon’s influence to censor the media, have made a nation in which human rights abuses, for the purposes of weapons and technology development, are as invisible as the the civilian casualties in the Iraq War, or even more so.  Their report presence evidence of an epidemic in lack of congressional oversight, connections to profit oriented military contractors, and Pentagon black budget projects, that has culminated in the current state democracy in the US, which to this writers assessment can be summed up with two words: failure, and illusion.   Peter Phillips, Lew Brown, Bridget Thornton, US Electromagnetic Weapons and Human Rights: http://www.indymedia.org.uk/media/2007/01//359454.pdf  and also found on: http://www.earthpulse.com/epulseuploads/articles/MindControlHumanRights.pdf
  3. Robert O. Becker, in The Body Electric, provides a stunning display, by the end of the book, of an area of medicine, that has unfortunately been neglected due to politics. In the later chapter, 15, along side a presentation concerned with the health hazards of electo-pollution from microwave transmissions, are facts regarding  CIA and military research into the uses of electromagneitc fields, for weapons technology, and behavior influence of the human organism. The accounts are from a writer that spent his life intimately connected to the medical field, researching the use of electromagnetism, for the healing of bones, spinal injuries, etc..  His knowledge, resulted from his inevidable extentions into military research, national health issues, citizen health concerns, and government circles. Conclusions, from the perspective of one looking into issues of the military and CIA’s research into behavior control, remote physiological influence, will support what seems to be a single current running through much authoritative sources on this subject, and that is that the ability, or capability for mind control, and the deployment of the hardware for such, is already here: The Body Electric:  http://www.scribd.com/doc/5360459/The-Body-Electric-Dr-Becker Interview and Bio, from Dr. Nick Begich’s website:  http://www.earthpulse.net/Becker.htm
  4. Dr. Nick Begich Angles Don’t Play this HAARP.   From Nick Begich’s reading of USAF 1982 Final Report On Biotechnology Research Requirments For Aeronautical Systems Through the Year 2000, as well as Radiofrequency Radiation Dosimestry Handbook, he states that ”What this seemed to say [in reference to a quote from Handbook] was that the objective of the research would be towards mind manipulation at a distance, where the military could alter what people thought and, at the same time know what they thought. (Begich, …HAARP, pg. 165,166)
  • Angels Don’t PLay this HAARP highlight in a readily way for readers, the risk to biological systems of both the existence of, and uses of what has become a US military and private venture. A well researched book, that includes references to US military documents that evidently have been studied in detail by the author, and his co-author.
