The purpose of this blog is to dispel, from a lay person’s perspective, the false assumptions that are generated through elements of our education into adulthood, the media, and information we acquire as adults. Falling outside of the specialty of this writer, and forced to confront little known facts about hidden operations by our CIA and Military, the information offered here is certain to boggle the mind.  False assumptions should today be more obvious, due to an outrageous war, being fought with billions spent, and millions of people affected. This is not the case. The media does much to hide the severe facts regarding the conditions and the conduct of women and men in uniform, and stationed abroad, especially in Iraq.

A fact that should be intrusively in the minds of most Americans has become invisible. The unbridled and unchecked powers of the US military, Department of Defense, CIA, are, in fact, very great, and more than even in the history of recent decades, the elected representatives, and the media, are ineffective today at safe guarding democratic processes, especially when it comes to the military. Costs may be more than budget deficits.  Hidden agenda may very well have hidden human costs, as private contractors, and black budgets of the Pentagon, have been responsible for a hidden arsenal to be deployed, and operational. This arsenal’s weaponry is aimed at our minds. This writer argues that the shots have been fired, at an unknown number of unwitting test subjects, some without knowledge, or consent, others with an accompanying assault that pervades all areas of life, through harassment, discrediting, and evidently, extended psychological torture.  As Carole Smith states the following:

 “The calculated and technological entry into another person’s mind is an act of monumental barbarism which obliterates– perhaps with the twiddling of a dial – the history and civilization of man’s mental development. It is more than an abuse of human rights, it is the destruction of meaning. For any one who is forced into the hell of living with an unseen mental rapist, the effort to stay sane is beyond the scope of tolerable endurance.  The imaginative capacity of the ordinary mind cannot encompass the horror of it.  We have attempted to come to terms with the experiments of the Nazis in concentration camps. We now have the prospect of systematic control authorised by men who issue instructions through satellite communications for the destruction of societies while they are driving new Jaguars and Mercedes, and going to the opera.”

Today, the internet contains hundreds of resources regarding ‘mass mind control; hidden technology experiments using civilians; and groups of criminals for hire, who use portable and mobile devices to conduct electronic harassment, to drive ‘target individuals crazy’, while conducting various other crimes, social isolation, and discrediting. Such accounts by targets would lead the listener into disbelief, and question the so called ‘targeted individual’s mental health. Such displays and information, more than numerous on google searches, are inaccurate at best, and are used to mislead, distract, disorient, and even harass victims succumbed by the military’s human testing, using surveillance and non-lethal technologies. They represent distortions and covers, just in the numbers of supposed victims that appear on the internet, as well as often the obvious phoney results of supposed research. To this writer’s accessment, this is to hide the fact that there is an unknown number of  unwitting civilians, being subjected to US military grade surveillance, remote mind invasive technologies, that use infrastructures built in over the past two decades, as well as space based systems. In some of these cases of involuntary experimentation, a the victim encounters a standardized form of surveillance based stalking and harassment, interference with all areas of life, and may entail other crimes, such as fraudulent practices in hospitals, fraud in the general sense, ongoing theft, directed traumatic events, and elimination of any potential for employment. The sites on the internet concerned with so called gang stalking do depict some of what transpires on a day to day basis, to subjects undergoing harassment, within CIA-US military’s testing of these technologies, but the mere number of sites, as well as the fiction that states these operations are a growing sociopathic phenomena, is indication that these sites aim at capturing the attention of unwitting non-lethal surveillance subjects.  The claim by some of these sites is that groups of criminals with portable enery weapons is based on a growing criminal enterprise, that do this for hire (retribution; wrong place wrong time; whistleblowers; witnesses to criminal activity).  

By design, the crimes done are farfetched. Psychiatrists are directed to diagnose subjects as psychotic, leading many of the general public into disbelief, thus dislodging the entire phenomena, and the few accounts from true victims, from legitimacy. 

It is no accident that many sites on mind control, and covert harassment, mingle information with topics of the paranormal and UFO abductions.  One such site presents accurate information regarding human testing, as well as the use of technologies to interfere with mental functioning, that can be cross referenced (http://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/sociopolitica/esp_sociopol_mindcon17.htm). Substantiatiing this writers position mentioned above, the site also offers information on UFO abductions, and the extra-terrestrial phenomena (http://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/vida_alien/alieninterview/alieninterview.htm). Kathey Kastin, investigative reporter, author, and a stated victim of non-lethal technologies, is one who writes regularly on the paranormal. Kathy Kasten’s articles may point to some real possibilities regarding US military technologies, the IIC satellite system, and she references to articles and facts of science and engineering (See: Timothy McVeigh Was Telling the Truth: http://www.raven1.net/kkarticl.htm), but she is also author of many articles concerned with the paranormal and UFO phenomena, and is featured in web magazines such as UFO Digest (Search Kathy Kasten-UFO; See: http://www.ufodigest.com/news/1107/mysterioussky.html).   

Technologies to effect the human mind, developed by the military in classifed programs, and the reports from individuals claiming that they are experiencing daily physical and mental suffering, with no organic derivation, are both topics of military science, and human, as well as social health, as well as human justice, and human rights. The concentration of this scientific reality, and human rights issue, into the area of the paranormal, whether by intent, or incidentally, has allowed for a gross censorship of these military technological, as well as any atrocities due to the misuse of them. It would be difficult for most people to believe that the atrocities within Nazi Concentration Camps could become entertainment, but the atrocious misuse of the technologies referred to here, non-lethal mind invasive, has become just that. delegitimated, and with the help of writers and websites, they have entered the realm of  entertainment.               

The words by Carole Smith, quoted above, by a writer trained in, to put it simply, the science of the mind and human behavior, present a profound ethical consideration, one that is unheard today. The atrocious violations brought upon victims of Nazi human experimentation, highlighted incredible unethical practices, which were based on science. The current situation of military experimentation using non-lethal (mind invasive) technology, is not so visible, but nonetheless, it is an ethical problem unconfined to concentration camps, psychiatric hospitals, and military bases. It has an unfortunate hidden promise to effect people worldwide. As the lucrative developments of these technologies envelop everything from aerospace to neuroscience, there are powerful controls to keep these developments and the atrocities hidden. Dr. Nick Beglich sheds light on the fact that such military research has become hinged with the private contractors, in developing these weapons, the technologies, and infrastructure, which today, have substantial deployment. Both Dr. Begich and Carole Smith cite Raytheon (http://www.raytheon.com/) as being one in center front, along with Lockheed Martin, responsible for classified and unclassified hardware, that are used, in developing methods for controlling the human mind. Begun decades ago, and at the time confined to CIA funded research in universities and hospitals (search CIA MK Ultra), the premise may remain the same, but the methods have been brought out of the laboratories, and are effecting people as the in day to day life, some falling into the status of mentally ill, others engulfed by surveillance and harassment. To support the fact that this research today is now a highly lucrative enterprise, and financing the lifestyles of those who may drive sports cars to operas, the findings of Professor Peter Phillips and his colleagues at Sonoma State University uncover millions being spent, “In addition to DOD contractors, the realm of non-lethal weapons extends into the universities with millions of dollars in scholarships and research fellowships.” ( 4. Avoiding the realm of grand conspiracy, to this writer’s understanding, deceptions and control, are two terms that denote a threat to freedoms found in many forms, all over the globe. As researchers covering this very topic, namely technologies and control of the human mind, state, the Cold War was a war between Soviet Russia and the United States, that saw the hidden acquisition, development, and deployment, of technologies that today are ban by Russia, but in the hand of the US military, and their private contractors.

The market, known in military circles as non-lethal weaponries, by also using terms that include mind invasive technologies, or electromagnetic weapons, is big and growing. According to a report by Professor Peter Phillips, and colleagues at Sonoma State University ”The money involved in the non-lethal weapons industry is growing and military contractors are reaping the profits.”  (Footnote 4, Phillips, Brown, Thornton, pg.36). To this writer’s knowledge, and what can be found in literature, capabilities and lack of oversight have possibly allowed for the use of unwitting civilians, since at least the 1980s. Ground based radar, satellite, and military’s structural exploitation of the ionosphere is documented by experts (see footnote *** Begich).  Such undisclosed, but none the less, exposed, capabilities are cause for investigations, and calls for oversight. The existence of various non-lethal weapons systems, the ELF infrastructures of US Navy, USAF, and the composite capabilities, are real, and within operational status (***Begich; a. Becker; 4. Phillips, Brown, Thornton ). Testimonies to this fact are found in the works by the few who have confronted the government, researched the developments, and voiced concern. The number of unknown victims, or the reports of being subjected to horrific treatments by these technologies (Phillips, Brown, Thornton, pg: ) suggests a deliquent justice system in regards to this out of control area of operations within certain regions of the CIA, US Military, Pentagon Black Budget Projects, outsourced contractors for weapons development.  The uses of technologies developed by DARPA, US military, CIA funds, and involving private contractors, and universities has gone unchecked.  It represents a hidden area that will remain a threat to individuals, as well as communities, as long as the human rights abuses go unnoticed, and remain hidden in what has become a culture of gross criminality, injustice, and atrocious experimentation, by the military and CIA.  The lack of any attention to this most urgent issue by representatives in office of the United States congress and the senate is commonly emphasized by the writers who works are referred to here. The lack of any investigation by journalists and the media is compounded by the seemingly farfetched accounts by victims being relegated to the paranormal.   Often attributed to either mental imbalances, or a fancy for the imaginative, these victims are isolated, and surrounded by family and friends, who are under military orders concerning their associations with the victim.  

When one travels to foreign places, the mind works to understand, just as when one in engineering is confronted with a problem. When one’s world changes or unusual patterns of physiological disturbances begin, with no organic derivation, or when peoples behaviors, and actions from strangers begin to fit patterns, and seem unusual, than an individual is presented with a problem. That problem is emanating from a vast arsenal of classified surveillance technology, invasive weapons that attack both mind and body, and a system that evidently has been in place, so to operate such human experimentations. There are no fine lines between human suffering due to atrocious acts, and fiction.      Conduct and Secrecy:  Breaches of conduct, and controversial actions by the US Military, the CIA, and other agencies, such as Guantanamo Bay, Abu Grab, and other issues that reach it to the public, or senate house floor, are simply functional highlights that, unintentionally, or otherwise, serve to give a false sense to the public, that our branches of military, the Pentagon, and CIA, are guided by checks and balances, as well as the rule of law.
